Cute stuff,You know we really need more plus size stores or just stores that go up more on sizes.I am so scared to look at normal sized t-shirts,they are tiny.
Who do these people model their average size on?Some anorexic person ?

The answer is yes! I most situations models that model the clothes on the runway are the biggest a size 2. The bullshit reason for that is the models are suppose to be like hangers… the clothes are suppose to be what’s important instead of the models. Even when it comes to plus size models the largest they can be is a size 14 and they have to be proportionate with their size.

The reason why so many stores and designers DON”T Do plus size is because….. to be a successful plus size designer is extremely difficult and it cost a lot more money. Plus sizes need more fabric, and details. You just can’t throw a design anything and expect it look good. It’s takes a lot more than that!!!

That’s the reason why it sucks to be plus size they push you in the corner, there a little choices when it comes to shopping. Either it’s too expensive or they want you to wear a moo-moo. That’s why I’m aspiring to be a plus size designer now…. who else can dress and plus size women besides a plus size women herself.

Good for you! We need more people like you who knows how difficult it is to find anything to wear and plans to do something about it.

The model featured here is a good friend of mine named Jamil Kali. She’s a professional model who has told me some of the horror stories that plus models go through when signing to major agencies. Just because an agency says it has a plus division doesn’t necessarily make it plus. Some agencies start their plus sizes at 6s and 8s!
