The Trend Setter will be able to provide exactly what you need to know in fashion. There will be special posts by Dope. He will add what’s going on in Hip Hop. Ofcourse, Truly Curvaceous (ME) will add the main ingredient, fashion for plus size women, women in general, accessories, and a little bit of men’s fashion.

A LITTLE BACKGROUND INFORMATION:I recently recieved my AOS in Fashion Design. I’ve been into fashion since I was a little girl. My main goal for The Trendsetter is to help women know what’s in style, looks fashionable, and feels comfortable all at the same time. My end goal is to became a plus size fashion designer because I am plus size and who else can design for a plus size women. There are very few plus size companies that have fashionable clothes.

    I just realised that you had changed the neame of your blog,will update it on mine.
    I wish there was someone who would design clothes in the sizes they were meant to be.Like a size 8 is a size 8 and not an extra small!! I really struggle with sizing because I am a differant size in differant clothing co!
    You need to feature your designs on your blog,that would be cool

  2. I did … The blog was suppose to be named the trendsetter but my husband asked me what exactly was the title so I had to change it to make it clear.

    The thing about that is that the fashion industry is really tricky when it cames to the grade. For example if you were shopping at Lane Bryant a size 14 maybe huge but if you go to Ralph Lauren the 14 will be too small. It kind of a mental thing….. When you spend a lot of money on your clothes that want you to feel smaller than you are.

    Maybe I’ll post some of my sketches and things I’ve sewn on the blog….

  5. I have changed my hair… I’ve been growing out my perm for about 5 months…. So I’m doing the natural look… And yes that’s my daughter… Thanks
