Jennifer. She makes it look GORGEOUS.
Sanaa does look beautiful, but the outfit is totally different with the belt. Without it, the outfit is much more casual. I would give this to the belt on the fashion side, Jennifer on the classy side and to Hiedi on the Sexy side.
