definitely a miss. there’s nothing to that atrocious dress she’s wearing. there is no creativity and no flair. all it is really is a tight, oversized tank top with a horrible fabric design. if it were anyone else wearing this mess, i would have thought that they were a hooker or a porn star. Beyonce can definitely do better.
