Even though Kelly Osbourne has lost some weight she is still a curvy chick. This look DOESN’T accentuate her curves. This outfit just makes her look frumpy and frumpy DOESN’T look good on a curvy chick.

Ms. Mariah Carey is first seen at “The Fresh Air Fund” Event that took place in NYC. Later that night she is seen spotted at Kayne’s West 30th B-Day at Louis Vuttion in NYC.
In my opinion she didn’t have enough time to change her outfit for the big birthday bash. But for her status she should of changed in the limo or something.
